Residents and Body Corporate have finalised their vote on the options presented for the podium and tower façade architectural language.

Option 2 is the successful candidate to progress in the design development of Victoria Square at Broadbeach Mall.

Scheme two  is the image pixel option, with imagery amplified and projected. Interactive and static art installations, community displays and advertising panels provide an enticing balanced visual display into the Australian environment, art and culture.
