Current Projects:
Anchorage, Sheehan Ave Apartments, 279 unit development situated on the corner of Sickle Avenue and Sheehan Avenue, Hope Island. The project consists of seven buildings ranging in height from three to eight levels of accommodation over a two level basement. A plaza space within the site has also been created along the axis and provides a focal point for the end of Sicke Avenue. A small café accessible to the public will be located adjacent to the plaza and visible along Sickle Avenue. The layout ensures that a vast majority of units have water views. Those that do not have water views have views over the central facilities or a desirable northern aspect.
